NEW YEAR RALLY!

 

The Room in the Rodings. Dunmow Road, Beauchamp, CM5 0PF

 

29th December - 1st January 2026!

Rally fee - £45

Small amount of electric available to keep your batteries topped up - £5 per unit 

 

You are able to stay until 2nd January for an additional £15 per unit and if you could throw in an additional few £’s to cover the electric please 😊

 

Itinerary - 

 

Monday - 8pm over to the hall to pay your dues and catch up with friends

 

Tuesday - 

4pm - over to the hall to order take aways, followed by Becky’s Big Fat Quiz of the Year (I hope you’ve been reading those rally reports and studying the photos!) 

 

Wednesday - 

1pm - over to the hall to set up the decorations for the evening disco and to decorate your tables for the evening.

 

5pm - back to the hall for a roast dinner (turkey, gammon, roast potatoes, yorkshires and all the trimmings!), cooked for us by a professional chef. A small charge of £5 per person will apply. 

Followed by Christmas Fun Bingo, Games and a disco hosted by Peter and Ian. 

 

Thursday - 

The big clear up! 

 

If you are planning on coming and haven’t already let me know, please let me know asap, 

 

You can  arrive any time after 2pm

 

Please don’t forget your decorations for your tables! 

 

We have the hall for the whole time we are there, and you’re more than welcome to use it. 

 

Guests are more than welcome to come and join us, if they would like food please let me know so we can cater tor everyone. 

 

We are really looking forward to seeing you all again 😊
